How escrow works
Payment is locked in escrow the moment a buyer accepts a listing. It releases when:
- Buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction
- 48-hour inspection window expires with no dispute raised
- Dispute resolved in seller's favour
It returns to buyer when:
- Dispute resolved in buyer's favour
- Seller cancels before shipping
